To practise using different equipment, a group of us used our schools auditorium to set up a green screen. This was beneficial as I now know how to edit the footage and use the keying tool to remove the green pigment of the green screen leaving a clear background with which to drop in a different moving image of my choice.
To showcase the flexibility of using a green screen I created a video using several different backgrounds, including shots before and after they were edited.

- Background 1 – A city scape. This would be used for an opening sequence of a film or a music video.
- Background 2 – Trippy background. This would be used to show that someone is in a dream world.
- Background 3 – Forest. This would be used if someone is struggling to film in an outside location or need to film in a location that is not available, like in another country.
- Background 4 – Magic carpet. Again, this would be used for something that is impossible to create.
